This long-running program offers the adult learner a glimpse into a specific topic. Only one day long, Elderlearn is a great way to focus topics such as Calligraphy, Oklahoma Geology, or the Religions of the World.
This exciting program features OU faculty and community members who are knowledgeable in the subjects and can present interesting topics in a short amount of time.
Getting Your Hands Dirty: A One-Day Introduction to Calligraphy
Program Date: Monday, November 8, 2010
During this one-day immersion in calligraphy, participants will be exposed to its vast scope. As part of the introduction, samples in a variety of media from all over the world will be viewed. This will be followed by hands-on experimenting with a variety of pens and ink.
